Tigers Too Much for Bulldogs

The boys varsity baseball team took a tough loss to HCC opponent Fishers last night by the score of 11-7.  The Bulldogs were in a bit of a back and forth battle all the way to the end.  Senior Mycah Whetstone threw 4 innings and allowed 4 runs.  Senior Jake Weimer came in and threw 2.1 innings and sophomore Tyler Houston came in during the sixth to get the Dogs out of a tough bases loaded jam.  Offensively, senior David Oliger, seniors Logan Coughlin, and junior Mike Hartnagel all had multi-hit games, but it wasn't enough to stop the Fishers Tigers from coming out on top.  The Bulldogs will be back in action tonight against Fishers and the Bulldogs will be celebrating Senior Night.  First pitch scheduled for 5:30pm
