The No. 26 Brownsburg Girls' Swimming & Diving team returned from HCCs on Jan. 12, falling to in-county opponent in No. 15 Plainfield, by a score of 122-60.

Senior Emma Wolf continued her dominant season with yet another win in the diving portion of the meet, netting 274.15 points across six dives. Wolf finished second in last week's HCC Championships behind Fishers' and 2020 IHSAA Champion Morgan Casey.

Senior Rory Smith was the only other swimmer to take first place in an event against a tough Quaker team, as she finished fastest among the Women's 100 Fly competition, finishing in 1:02.98.

The Dogs return to action on Jan. 16 against Noblesville in a return to HCC action. Brownsburg finished just ahead of the Millers in last week's HCC Championships. The meet is scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m.
