Franklin Central Hits HR to Defeat Bulldogs 1-0

On Tuesday, the varsity softball team played a tight game with a ranked Franklin Central club.  The Dogs' defense, led by Carlie Weaver on the mound and Kelsey Reinhardt behind the plate, held the Flashes to just 1 run—quite an accomplishment.  Unfortunately the Bulldogs were unable to get much offense going against strong pitching, and the offense remained scoreless for a 1-0 loss.  The Lady Dogs will enjoy Senior Night on Wednesday as they celebrate their 4 seniors and take on Decatur Central at 5:30.  Come out and cheer on the Dogs!
