Raiders Down Bulldogs 12-6

Tuesday night the varsity softball team traveled to Lafayette Harrison and left with a tough loss, 12-6. The Dogs scored first and seemed to have control of the game, leading 2-0 early, but defensive errors plagued them in the 4th inning and the Raiders capitalized, taking the lead 7-2. The Dogs battled back on the 6th, loading the bases up for Lindsey Stahl who smacked a grand-slam homerun over the left-field fence and bringing the Dogs to within a run. The Raiders came back again, though, and put the game out of reach in the end. The girls will return to play Wednesday at home against Fishers in an effort to get back on track on the conference
