Bulldogs Shut Out in Loss to Southport

The varsity softball team's winning streak came to a halt in a 6-0 loss against Southport on Wednesday. Despite putting the ball in play in each of their 26 at-bats, the Dogs were unable to produce offensively when they needed to. And in the field they couldn't come up with enough ground balls and defensive plays to hold off the Cardinals. The girls go to Noblesville on Thursday looking to get back to their winning ways.
