Brownsburg Boys' and Girls' cross-country will host the upcoming 2019 Hoosier Crossroads Conference Cross Country Championships. The meet is set for Sept. 28 at Brownsburg East Middle School.

The boys' team, ranked No. 10 in the IATCCC poll, will start their race at 10:00. The girls, ranked No. 21, kick off their race at 10:30.

A Loaded Field

The field includes all eight members of the Hoosier Crossroads Conference. Six of the HCC schools have both of their teams in the IATCCC poll.

The boys field features four of the top-fifteen teams in the state. No. 5 Fishers, No. 7 Noblesville, the 10th ranked Bulldogs and No. 11 Zionsville lead the field. No. 18 HSE and No. 20 Westfield round out the ranked boys' teams.

On the girls' side, three of the teams competing are ranked in the top-ten (No. 3 Zionsville, No. 4 Fishers, and No. 8 Noblesville). The 21st ranked Bulldogs and No. 24 Westfield are also in the polls.

The boys claimed three of the top four spots at the Brownsburg Invitational. Freeman, Jacob Kodrick and Trevor Nolan led the Bulldogs.

The girls put nine of their runners in the top-20 individual times at the Brownsburg Invitational. Dixon and Kiley VanNess finished first and seventh for the Bulldogs.
