Millers Squeak by Bulldogs

The boys basketball team travelled to Noblesville Thursday for a key HCC match up.  The dogs jumped out to a 15-9 first quarter lead thanks to some timely shooting and good defense.  The Dogs again played solid defense but struggled to find the basket in the second quarter to trail at halftime 22-21. The second half was a back and forth battle right to the end as Noblesville would push their lead to four only to see the Dogs tie the game with 20 seconds remaining.  After a pair of free throws the Dogs struggled to get a shot off with 1.5 seconds remaining and letting a big conference game go to the host school 43-41.  Many positive efforts from the team as they remaining in third place in conference standings.  Landon Hall, Cameron Alford, Reis Thomas, and Antrez Baker all chipped in with six or more points for the Dogs.  Brownsburg travels to Southport next Tuesday
