Bulldogs Host BSN Shootout
Brownsburg defeated North Putnam in the final game of the BSN Classic Saturday 72-32. The BSN Classic was a 4 game exposure event which featured teams from all over Indiana and a team from Beloit Wisconsin. Participating teams were Covington, Linton, Fishers, Beloit Memorial, Cathedral, Fort Wayne Northside, North Putnam and Brownsburg.
In the final game of the evening Brownsburg raced out to a 19-7 first quarter lead. The team played smothering defense and scored many transition baskets. The team was lead in scoring by Landon Hall, Cameron Alford and Reis Thomas while Hall, Antrez Baker and Kyle Wolf contributed in the rebounding department. Alford, Thomas and Kris Jackson collected several assists for the evening and every member got into the game. Freshman Malek Edmonds contributed 8 points in the fourth quarter and Sophomore Richard Lang had 3 rebounds and a steal in the closing minutes to contribute to the team effort.
Brownsburg will be back in action Friday against Indianapolis Northwest. It is BJBL night. Come see the future dogs introduced at halftime.
