Bulldogs Go 2-0 Over the Weekend

Brownsburg Boys basketball took on conference foe Westfield Friday and beat the Shamrocks 59-32.  The Bulldogs had many good performances and every player saw action.  Trevor Lucas tallied 23 points followed by KJ Walton's 14 points.  Darrian Ringo had a very nice evening scoring 9 points 7 assists, 10 rebounds and 5 steals for the Dogs.  Brownsburg shot 56% as a team and strung together several good possessions at both ends of the court.  Players and coaches would like to thank everyone for their contributions for Coaches vs Cancer.

Brownsburg returned to the court Saturday evening looking to hold down high scoring Tri-West high school.  Just the day before Tri West had scored 84 points and have scored the ball well all season.  A very good defensive effort lead Brownsburg to a 56-35 victory.  Walton, Ringo, Lucas and Houston played very solid defense throughout the evening on Tri-West perimeter players.  Thompson, Vachon, Mavunga and Comer chipping in with excellent interior defense.  Lucas lead scorers with 20  capping off a 43 point weekend.  10 different players scored on the evening.  The Dogs got back on track with free throw shooting hitting 81% of their opportunities over the weekend.
