Boys' Soccer draws Ben Davis in Sectional opening round

With the IHSAA Sectional pairing show on Sept. 28, the Brownsburg Boys' Soccer team now knows its draw in IHSAA 3A Sectional 9. The Dogs will essentially play a road game against Sectional host Ben Davis in the opening round.

The winner of Ben Davis/Brownsburg will play the winner of Avon/Decatur Central in the Sectional semifinal. Mooresville and Plainfield were matched up with byes into the Sectional semifinal. Ben Davis and Brownsburg have played already in this regular season as the Dogs came out on top, 4-1. Ben Davis (1-8-5) picked up their first win of the season against No. 18 Avon on Sept. 26.

Brownsburg (3-6-3) will finish off their regular season schedule with a match against two top-ten teams in the state in No. 7 Zionsville (at home on Sept. 29) and No. 1 Noblesville (on the road on Oct. 1) to finish off HCC play.
