Avon Over Brownsburg

The rivalry game finally arrived and we were ready to play a very tough and physical Avon team. The first five minutes started out great. Pinging the ball around, switching the attack and getting some looks at goal. Avon quickly used their fast forwards and found our net, and added a point to the scoreboard. From that moment on we seemed to lose our energy. Avon continued to fight, and continued to score. We lost the game tonight, but we will work hard and look forward to seeing them next month in sectionals! Our next match is on Saturday at home when we take on the Harrison Raiders at 12:15.
