Cathedral Wins on a PK

We (again) played an extremely exciting and tough match on Wednesday evening against a very good Cathedral soccer team. The first half we dominated. Keeping possession on our attacking third. We had a few looks toward the goal, and a few chances off of corners. It wasn't until Amanda Dotlich, assist by Mapuana Stephens, put one in the back of the net to give us the first half lead. 

An early handball call in our box, changed the pace of the second half. Cathedral was able to tie the game with a PK and come back with some urgency. We continued to battle and play tough. Cathedral put another one in the back of the net, and we didn't have enough to tie the game. They won 2-1. We will be on the field this weekend for the Greenfield Central Invite, our first match begins at 2:00.
