Boys' Basketball Splits Over the Holiday

The Boys Varsity basketball team started off their season with a road loss to the defending 4A State Champions, Carmel High School. The Greyhounds started off hot and were able to hold the Dogs off for the remainder of the game. KJ Walton led the Dogs with 21 points. After a slow 9-4 first quarter start, Brownsburg's defense allowed them to post a 32-12 half time lead, 50-18 third quarter lead, and eventually win the game 62-27. This was full team effort as 10 of the 13 players scored. KJ Walton led with 19, Gerald Harney and Ian Good scored 9 and 8 respectively. The Dogs will travel to play Fishers this Friday night.
