Girls' XC Compete at Southport Invite

Traveling downtown to run along the scenic White River the Girls' Cross Country Team competed against 17 other schools in the Southport Invitational. With several girls at or near their personal best times the Bulldogs came home with a respectable 4^th place team finish. Julia Popenfoose lead the charge as she finished 6^th overall out of 88 runners in 20:14 followed just one second behind by Cassidy Brown. Freshman Brianna Channon crushed her best time of the season at 22:35 and Alli Kent continues to improve with a 23:00 run. Grace Esterline and Olivia Zoog set the pace in the JV race as they brought home a nice 3^rd place team finish. Congratulations to all of the girls on a nice performance!
