Lebanon Outlasts Brownsburg
The Varsity Softball team dropped another close one, losing 1-0 to #5 ranked (3A) Lebanon. Carlie Weaver pitched a complete game, only allowing the Tigers to collect 6 hits on the day. Unfortunately, a strong Bulldog pitching wasn't enough to pull out the win. Brownsburg recorded only 3 hits as a team and endured their first shut-out of the season. Offensively, Carlie Weaver was 2-3 and Lindsay Stahl was 1-1. Brownsburg's record changes to 12-11 and they will face Lawrence North tonight at 5:30 for a chance to improve their record to 13-11.
