Bulldogs Swim/Dive Complete Solid Meet Against Center Grove

The Bulldogs kicked off the weekend hosting Center Grove at the Bulldog Aquatic Center. 

This was the boys fourth-straight win, they won the meet with a final score of 108-77. It was a morning of many first place finishes for the Dogs. Jamie Cameron and Gavin Coggan took first and second in the 200-yard free. Jake Johnson and JJ Schmidt also each contributed two-first place finishes, and Caleb Pascheke added a first place finish in the 100-yard free with a time of 49.43. Relay teams in the 200-yard free and the 400-yard free also came in first. 

The girls also competed well, but Center Grove would come out ahead with a final team score of 133-53. Erin Haycox had another strong performance in the 500-yard free finishing in first place with a time of 5:35.56. Margie Miller took second place in the 50-yard free, and the 100-yard free. In the 100-yard breast stroke, Leah Kingery and Murphi Crawford finished in second and third place. 

On the diving borad, Kale Davidson and Maddox Grant placed in first and second for the Bulldogs. For the girls, Madison Day finished in fourth behind three Center Grove divers. 

The Swim/Dive teams return to action Dec. 14 at 6 PM at Pike.
