Bulldogs Defeat Shortridge
The boys basketball team improved their record to 16-5 last night with a 55-37 win over visiting Shortridge High School. The Dogs wore uniforms provided by the Army National Guard and students unfurled a court sized American flag for the National Anthem. Tyler Kirtz had a very good performance scoring 15 points and grabbing 7 rebounds. Darrian RIngo had a very balanced evening scoring 10 points, grabbing 6 rebounds and handing out 4 assists. KJ Walton(13 pts 5 reb) Jordache Mavunga (7 pts 5 reb) and Dalton Vachon (2 pts 6 rebounds) contributed to a very balanced attack for the Dogs. The Dogs shot well from beyond the arc making six three pointers and distributing the basketball well against a stingy Shortridge zone defense. The Dogs appreciate the Army National Guard supplying the uniforms and the student body breaking out the camo in support of our service men and women
