Goduto Commits to Jaguars

Brownsburg High School senior, Veronica Goduto, commits to run Cross Country and Track for I.U.P.U.I. Goduto is excited about her upcoming season with the Bulldogs and her opportunity to move to collegiate competition for the Jaguars next fall.

Cross Country Coach Bret Neylon had this to say about Goduto, "IUPUI will be getting one of Brownsburg's most versatile runners ever next fall. Not only has Veronica been a school record holder at cross country's 3.1 mile distance, but she has also been Brownsburg's best 200 m runner in track, qualifying for regional finals in the process. Despite these most impressive credentials, it is not her running talents that we will miss the most at Brownsburg High School but rather Veronica as a person. One would be hard-pressed to find someone with better values, charm, and character than Veronica. IUPUI as an institution will be truly fortunate to have her as a collegiate runner and student!

Girls' Track Coach Ken Schnepp, added, "Veronica has been a great contributor to the success of the Bulldog track team over the last 3 years and will undoubtedly be an integral part of our success this season. We wish her nothing but the best running for the Jags next year."
