Boys' & Girls' Cross Country Run to a 7th Place Finish in HCC

Both the boys' and girls' cross-country teams ran to 7th place finishes in the conference finals Saturday at Lafayette Harrison. Our girls were led by the "All-Conference" top 20 finishes of Sydney Lesko and Laura Bess, with Julia Popenfoose, Rachel Smith, and the KJ Gaerke rounding out the scoring positions for the Dogs. 

The boys were led by the 20th place "All-Conference" finish of Ben Hendricks, followed closely by Justin Hayes, Wyatt Rondot, and Elliott Shaw.  Mark Bond, Sam Fellers, Jack Reed, and Shaw all had big personal records to round out the varsity squad.

Brendan Britton and Alyse Mitchener had huge personal records in the JV race to learn "Dog of the Meet" honors.
