Girls Soccer Shuts Out Bronchos

Girls Soccer Shuts Out Bronchos

The girls soccer team got back on a winning track Wednesday at Lafayette Jefferson.  The Dogs struck early with Taylor Carter scoring 30 seconds into the match.  She added 2 more goals to end the night with a "hat trick".  Mandie Holbrook completed the scoring with a forth goal midway through the second half the make the final score 4-0.  Alex Gotkowski got the teams first shutout of the season in goal.  Talyer Stivers played great soccer in her first game back from injury.  As usual, the defense consisting of Anna Myers, Sophie McFarland, Kerry Devney, Madison Miller, and Leah Thompson proved too tough for the Bronchos to get through.
