Girls' Soccer Drops to Westfield

The 20th ranked girls soccer team faced the Westfield Shamrocks on a very blustery evening Wednesday.  Both teams played very good soccer but the team with the wind had a huge advantage.  Although the Dogs had several great chances, they were unable to score.  Westfield was able to find the net on a corner kick for the only goal of the match.  Hannah Mummert, Sophie McFarland, and Alex Gotkowski played great for the Dogs.  Next match, Saturday at Avon against the Orioles.
