Bulldogs Defeat Manual

Friday the boys basketball team travelled to Manual High School.  The Bulldogs jumped out to a 14-6 first quarter lead.  The team played well defensively and held the high scoring Manual team, averaging 73 points, to 22 points at halftime.  The host team made a furious rally in the second half but the Bulldogs were resilient and went 9-11 from the foul line in the fourth quarter to seal a 51-49 victory.  Adrian Chapman and Cameron Alford lead the team in scoring, while Landon Hall, Kyle Wolf and Chapman paced the Bulldogs in the rebounding department.  Alford, Chapman, and Wolf paced the nine players in action with efficiency scores, but the team had many key plays to secure the road win.  The Bulldogs will honor the five seniors Will Kesterson, Aaron Head, Jimmy Simms, Zack McKeown, and Adrian Chapman on senior night Tuesday vs Plainfield
