Bulldogs Over Quakers

Last night the Bulldogs hosted county rival Plainfield.

Both teams were victorious with the women's team winning 102-81 and the men's team winning 116-69.

On the women's side it was definitely a team effort.  Senior Captain Piper Lovett won the 500 Free and 100 Back individual events and was also on the winning 200 Medley and 400 Free Relays.  Freshman Logan Replogle won the 50 and 100 Frees and was also on both the Medley and 400 Free winning relays.  Madison Mehringer won the 200 IM and Bailey LaPaugh won the 100 Fly.

On the men's side Junior Captain Kevin Gast won the 100 Fly and 500 Free and was on the 200 Medley and 400 Free winning relays.  Junior Captain Frank Schoemer joined Kevin on both relays and also won the 100 Breast.  Andrew Fulwider won the 200 IM, Justin Garnett won the diving and Jack Lukens won the 100 Back to top off the individual wins for the guys.

Girl's swimmer of the meet was Freshman Maranda Peak for her 200 Free season best time.

Boy's swimmers of the meet were Riley Koester with a best in the 100 Free and Devon Anderson with 3 best times on the night.

Both teams travel to Ben Davis next Tuesday.
