Swimmers compete at State

Over the weekend the boys swimming and diving team competed at the IHSAA Swimming and Diving Championship at the IUPUI Natatorium.

Individual events were as follows:

Andrew Fulwider moved up to 31st in the 200 IM.

Kevin Gast finished 32nd in the 100 Fly and 29th in the 500 Free.

Frank Schoemer finished 30th in the 100 Free and 23rd in the 100 Breast.

Justin Garnett finished 23rd in Diving.

The 400 Relay of Frank, Kevin, Andrew and Braden Jackson finished 32nd.

The 200 Relay of Andrew, Braden, Noah Pearson and Jack Lukens finished 30th.

The Swim of the meet was recorded by the 200 Medley Relay which dropped time from the sectional and finished 26th overall.

The team finished with a 6-4 record and their 3rd Sectional title in a row.
