Tennis Celebrates Senior Night With a Win

The boys' varsity tennis team defeated Covenant Christian 5-0 in a very special night for our Super Seven Seniors!   At number one singles, Senior Sam Gentry played a very clean match against a fine competitor to win a well-played match (6-2, 6-4).  At the two spot, Senior Nick Wilde denied his opponent a single game.  Senior Matt Irelan played solidly at the three singles position and won with ease.  At number one doubles, Seniors Nathan Mehringer and Jon Class dropped just one game on their road to victory.  Seniors Michael Clemens and Todd Clark did not allow their opponents any games in their number two doubles match.  Great job, seniors!
