Bulldogs Defeat Noblesville

Your Brownsburg Bulldogs traveled to Noblesville and dominated the host Millers, winning 41-10, improving their record to 6-2, and staying tied for first place in the race for the Hoosier Crossroads Conference title!

Defense and special teams were exceptional, with the scoring onslaught getting started with Nathan Walton blocking a punt and Ronnie Williams recovering the block in the end zone for a 7-0 lead.  The defensive line of Antrez Baker, RJ Decker, Dane Middlebrook, and Ronnie Williams were too much for the Millers, limiting them to a paltry 12 yards rushing on 25 carries!  The Millers only had 113 total yards, with Nathan Walton playing very well from his safety spot.

On offense, Bryce Kirtz was Mr. Everything as he had over 200 yards of total offense, with 135 yards receiving and 2 TDs, rushing for 20 yards, and completing a 54 yard touchdown pass to Reis Thomas in the 3rd Quarter on some trickeration from the Bulldogs!  Donnie Marcus and Shai Sumpter-Bey led the Bulldogs to 214 yards rushing, while Kyle Strakis was terrific throwing for 171 yards and rushing for another 29 yard TD.  RJ Decker added another 6 yard TD run to round out the scoring for The Dogs.

Your Bulldogs finish up the regular season on Friday against HSE with a chance to win the Hoosier Crossroads Conference championship!  The team looks forward to everyone in PINK for the Crucial Catch game to help raise awareness and money to fight cancer while they help cheer on The Dogs!
