Bulldogs Post Homecoming Win
Your Brownsburg Bulldogs Varsity football team capped off homecoming with a dominant performance against the Eagles of Zionsville, winning 35-10 and moving their record to 4-2.
The offensive and defensive lines completely worked over and imposed their will against the Eagles and were instrumental in the win. The offensive line of Blake Hall, Nathan Moore, Mark Miller, Kaden Adams, and JaiKob Johnson cleared the way for nearly 500 yards of total offense. The defensive line of Antrez Baker, Dane Middlebrook, RJ Decker, and Lawson Aiken made life miserable for Zionsville, limiting the Eagles to 33 rushing yards and sacking the Eagle QB 4 times!
Sophomore Donnie Marcus was once again great on Friday night, rushing for 115 yards and 2 TDs. Getting in on the scoring action was Junior Shai Sumpter-Bey, Senior Leigh Nutall with a 75 yard TD on a gorgeous throw from Senior Kyle Strakis, and another touchdown from Strakis to Antrez Baker in the 3rd quarter! Junior Bryce Kirtz had over 100 yards of total offense in just one half of action!
