Bess Signs with Miami University (Ohio)

Brownsburg High School senior, Laura Bess, commits to run Cross Country and Track for Miami (Ohio) University (picture below). Bess is looking forward to finishing her senior track season at Brownsburg High School this spring before switching to collegiate competition for the RedHawks. Miami University is a NCAA Division 1 University in Oxford, Ohio.

Girls' Track Coach Ken Schnepp, stated, "Laura has been fun to coach over the past two seasons. Her work ethic and competitive spirit, both on the field of competition and in the classroom will serve her well as she journeys to Miami of Ohio. While we still have high hopes for Laura this season running for the Bulldogs, we wish nothing but the best at MU next fall. We will certainly miss her."
