Stivers Heads to Morehead State University to Play Soccer

Brownsburg High School senior, Tayler, signs her commitment to play soccer and attend Morehead State University (picture below). Stivers is looking forward to joining the MSU Women's Soccer Team and playing for the Eagles next fall.

BHS Head Coach Phil Slavens had this to say about Stivers. "Tayler Stivers has been a positive force on the Varsity since her freshman year. She is able to play wherever needed, always more concerned with the needs of the team than any personal glory, and an outstanding example of what a high school athlete should be. She has played through a few injuries, some very serious and never lost her desire or drive. Tayler never took a day off in practice and always gave her very best when on the field. Off the field, she is an outstanding student, great school leader and a mentor to younger players. She will continue to find success playing at the next level and will be a success in whatever field she chooses. Brownsburg Girls' Soccer was fortunate to have her for four years and I feel confident that Morehead State will feel the same way."
