No.11/18 @bhsdogsghoops narrowly falls to Lawrence North in Regional Final

The Brownsburg varsity girls' basketball team fell to Lawrence North 58-57 in the IHSAA Regional Final at Decatur Central High School on February 15th. The Bulldogs finish the 2019-2020 season with a 21-9 record.
Allison Bosse and Mackenzie Stien led the Bulldogs in their final game with the program. Bosse poured in 23 points, on 4-for-7 shooting from deep, while Stein added 15 points of her own. Ally Becki scored 10 points for the Bulldogs.
Brownsburg jumped on the Wildcats early and led by as many as 12 points in the first half. Allison Bosse's floater put the Bulldogs up 25-13 midway through the second quarter.
Lawrence North made a strong surge to trim the Bulldogs' lead to 27-22 at the break.
The Wildcats cut the Brownsburg lead to just two points in the third but the Bulldogs cushion would grow again before the end of the quarter. Allison Bosse's three just before the buzzer gave Brownsburg a 42-33 lead heading into the final quarter
The Bulldogs led by a point with under 30 seconds to go but the Wildcats would rally to edge Brownsburg off a late bucket and to advance next weekend's IHSAA Girls' Basketball South Semi-State.
