Amalaraj leads No.18 Boys' Golf to third place finish at Danville Invite

No.18 Brownsburg competed in the Danville Community Invitational at Twin Bridges Golf Club April 17. Kevin Amalraj placed third on the leaderboard and Brownsburg slotted in third as a team with a score of 326. No.10 Hamilton Southeastern swept the team championship and individual title for the day.

Top Brownsburg individual: Kevin Amalaraj 3rd - 74 

NOTES: 

• Amalaraj sat firmly in the top three and was just one point behind the runner-up from Fishers 
• Junior Weston Ogden continued his strong start to the year, shooting a 78 for the day and placing 8th 
• Luke Johnson (84), Drew Brittingham (90) and Quentin Bragg (94) rounded out the Brownsburg scores
• Hoosier Crossroads Conference schools swept the top-four with No.10 Hamilton Southeastern, Fishers and No.1 Zionsville also in the group
