Ogden edges Amalaraj for Brownsburg Invitational title

Brownsburg juniors Weston Ogden and Kevin Amalaraj battled for the season opening Brownsburg Invitational title April 10, with Ogden besting Amalraj in a playoff. As a team, the Bulldogs finished fourth out of nine teams competing on the day. Silver Creek won the team championship.

NOTES: 

• Ogden and Amaraj slipped past C. Smith of Silver Creek (2 - 70) for the top spots on the leaderboard 
• The Brownsburg duo was tied for a score of 33 after the front nine and continued to battle over the final nine holes
• Senior Quentin Bragg (7 - 78) competed as an individual and posted Brownsburg's third best mark on the day in his first high school golf match 
• Senior Luke Johnson (T23 - 88) rounded out the top four Brownsburg scores
