#5 North Central Too Much for Bulldogs

The Girls' Varsity Tennis team lost a 3-2 decision to #5 North Central.  It was a terrific display of high level tennis with excellent sportsmanship across the battle lines.  Number 3 singles Ellie Hughes won another straight set victory.  Number one doubles teammates Caitlin Preda and Payton Haygood put out their best work in the third and final set.  With the match score at 2-2, the #2 doubles team of Kristina Petrovic and Lily House battled back to win the second set and pushed it to an exciting third set.  The 'Dogs fought so well, but the Panthers closed it out to take the final point.
