#10 HSE Tops Bulldogs

The varsity girls' tennis team put in a tremendous night of tennis in spite of dropping a 4-1 decsion to tenth-ranked Hamilton Southeastern.  Number two singles player, Morgan Bettner, went the full distance in all three sets but lost after a three hour marathon.  The number one doubles team of Emily Doehrman and Shelby Hornback took down their opponents in straight sets to collect our point of the night.  The two doubles team of Nikki Meade and Yolandi Geldenhuis had quite a battle in the first set to put the Royals on notice but could not keep the momentum going in the second set to bring it our way.
