Avon Squeaks Past Bulldogs

The varsity girls' tennis team lost a difficult 3-2 decision to Avon. The Bulldogs played in a closely contested match with the Orioles but came up just short. Morgan Bettner stayed extremely disciplined in her game plan and had a great win at two singles! The number one doubles team of Emily Doehrman and Shelby Hornback demonstrated incredible teamwork on their road to victory. The two doubles team of Nikki Meade and Yolandi Geldenhuis matched up to their opponents well but lost in a very tight match.
