#12 Irish Too Much for Bulldogs

#12 Irish Too Much for Bulldogs

The 12th ranked Irish of Cathedral High School paid a visit to the Bulldogs on Wednesday evening. After celebrating Teacher Appreciation Night with teachers and other staff members, the Bulldogs played an intense 80 minutes of soccer. The Dogs created several threatening scoring opportunities, and had numerous shots on goal, but none found the net for the girls. Cathedral connected three times in the match for a final score of 3-0 in favor of the Irish. The Bulldogs worked relentlessly every moment on the field and should be proud of their game. A big "thank you" to the parents, teachers, and friends for all the support and cheers! This Saturday brings the #2 state ranked opponent, an undefeated Avon. The girls will kick-off at 2 p.m. in Oriole territory. Come out and cheer on the Dogs as they face their county rival! Congratulations to the many teachers and staff, who were recognized in the teacher ceremony. Thank you for your continued impact on students' lives.
