Girls' Golf Places 4th at HCC Meet

On Tuesday, the girls golf team traveled to Bear Slide Golf Course for the HCC conference tourney.  Despite playing 5 ranked opponents, the unranked Dogs had a fantastic match and finished 4th overall--an impressive accomplishment for this young group of girls.  Brownsburg ended the day with their best collective performance, scoring a 354.  #3 HSE (324), #5 Westfield 346), and #13 Fishers (352) finished ahead of the Dogs, while the girls topped #11 Noblesville (355), #20 Zionsville (361), and Avon (364).  

 

Maddie Cody led the way and earned All-Conference honors with an 84 for 18 holes.  Morgan Kier also made the All-Conference team with an 86.  Emma Wilkins played very well with an 89, Abby Cody had a 95, and Macy Stapp had a 98.  Great job girls!  The team will play in the Avon Invite this Saturday at Prestwick.
