Bulldogs Defeat HSE

Tuesday evening, the boys' varsity soccer team traveled to HCC rival Hamilton South Eastern. The match opened with an early goal from sophomore Michael Young just four minutes into the contest. Senior Geno James entered the scorer's sheet not long after with an unassisted goal. The first half ended 3-0 after another senior, Daniel Johnson, found the back of the net from a beautifully placed free kick. In the second half, junior Cameron Mattern scored the fourth and final goal from an Ian Gammon assist. The Bulldogs defense held strong led by senior Max Jackson and the two goal keepers Patrick Holden and Karl Keeslar. Final score: Brownsburg 4 HSE 0. Come out tonight, as the squad faces off against HCC and county foe Avon, at Avon High School.
