Bulldogs Roll to 4-0 With Win Over Westfield

The varsity football teamhosted the Westfield Shamrocks last Friday night and served as gracious host for the first 24 minutes. The teams were tied at 12 at the half. Isaac Beverstock scored a rushing TD and Jeremy Shupperd blocked a punt and scored a TD with a "scoop and score", both extra points were no good. In the second half the Dogs woke up thanks to a great interception by Cooper Wojcik. Chase Dutra scored a rushing touchdown as did Beverstock. The highlight of the night came on a hit by Alex Mauck causing a fumble that Quintin Stubbs-Lee scooped and "rumbled" into the end zone from 23 yards out! This Friday the Dogs will travel to Lucas Oil Stadium to battle the Avon Orioles!
