5th Ranked Royals Outlast the Bulldogs

The varsity girls' tennis team lost a marathon match to 8th-ranked Hamilton Southeastern by a 5-0 score.  While the score appears lopsided, the battle was far from lopsided!  The effort on every court was terrific.  Both teams of Doubles 'Dogs put together a great night of tennis to push the Royals to the limit.  The number two doubles team of Shelby Hornback and Yolandi Geldenhuis played for three hours and unfortunately lost a nail-biter in the third set.  In singles, Emily Doehrman put in a gutsy 3 hour and 55 minute battle
