FlashRock Champs!

The boys' cross-country team had an outstanding day Saturday at the Flashrock Invitational in Carmel, capturing the team championship out of 24 teams!  The boys nabbed the title by the narrow margin of 2 points over Franklin High School.  Hari Sathyamurthy continued his dominating ways by, yet again, running away from the field to win by 15 seconds over the nearest competitor.

Marcus Fierek and Elijah Wagner ran very strongly as well, placing 8th and 11th respectively out of a field of more than 200 runners.  Noah Gossett came off a three-week absence due to injury and ran a gutsy race to cross the line as the fourth Bulldog, while Michael Breckler claimed the last scoring position for the varsity!

The junior varsity squad was led once again by freshman Tyler Nolan, who ran a personal record.  He was followed by fellow freshmen Charles Voglewede, Bryce Dixon, and Hayes Morrison.  Hayes joined Gossett and Wagner as "Dogs of the Meet" for running so well.
