Boys' Tennis Advances in Sectional Play
The boys' tennis teamhad a very nice opening round of play at the sectional at Avon with a 5-0 victory over Mooresville. The Bulldogs controlled their matches very well up and down the courts. The doubles Dogs of Daniel Heinekamp/Michael Hartnagel and Evan Krauss/Josh Ruse did an excellent job of using smart strategies. The singles players of Sam Gentry, Nathan Mehringer, and Nick Wilde were very methodical in their matchplay. The Bulldogs are back at Avon tomorrow at 4:30 and will be playing the Orioles in one semifinal while Plainfield and Danville play in the other matchup. Let's keep rolling!
