Bulldogs Swim Past Red Devils

Last night the Bulldogs traveled to sectional rival Pike for a dual meet.  The Bulldogs held off a greatly improved and highly motivated Red Devil team for a 110-76 win on the girl's side and a 103-83 win in the boy's meet.

 

Leading the effort on the night were:

 

Joley Clodfelter with a win in 200 Free, Amanda Kraljic winning the JV 50 Free, Elise Dahlke in the varsity 50 Free, Emma Wolf in diving, Abby Callis in the JV 100 Free, Bailey LaPaugh in the varsity 100 Free and the 200 Free Relay of Julia Stonebreaker, Abby Callis, Arya Ziegler and Joley Clodfelter and the 400 Free Relay of Elise Dahlke, Bailey LaPaugh, Maranda Peak and Joley Clodfelter.

 

In the boy's meet, the Bulldog winners were:

 

Grayson Gutzweiler in the JV 50 Free, Austin Kehr in the varsity 50 Free, Jack Kreilein in the 100 Fly, Robert Hanna in the JV 100 Free, Devon Anderson in the 100 Back, Noah Berryman in the 100 Breast and the 200 Medley Relay of Jack Kreilein, Noah Berryman, Devon Anderson and Austin Kehr, and the 200 Free Relay of Jack Kreilein, Will Scott, Jaws Wilson and Austin Kehr.

 

Both teams head to the Hendricks County Championship this weekend.  Brownsburg hasn't won the girl's meet since 2008 and the boy's meet since 2011.  Both teams are hoping to start the Christmas break with wins!
