Wrestling Team Competes at Edgewood Invite

The wrestling team traveled to Edgewood over the weekend to wrestle in five dual meets. The Dogs ended up losing to Terre Haute South, then beating Greenwood and Edgewood to win their pool. Then they faced the Artesians of Martinsville and beat them to set up a finals match with a senior heavy lineup in Danville. The Dogs lost to Danville taking second place in the dual meet tournament and going 3-2 on the weekend. Some standout performances were Conner Ludwig going 5-0, Nick Weaver, CJ Damler, Brandon Webber, and Zach Rumschlag going 4-1 on the day. Great job Bulldogs. The JV and freshman squads will host a miniscule Plainfield squad tonight at 6:00 in the wrestling gym. The varsity team will travel to Westfield on Wednesday. Come out and support your Bulldogs.
