Football Honors Its Seniors Last Friday Night

The Varsity football team honored their seniors last Friday night while playing host to the Fishers Tigers.  The team spotted the visitors a 20 point lead before digging in and deciding to fight back!  The Dogs scored 17 unanswered points in the second quarter to cut the half time lead to only three points.  Isaiah Hightower was on the receiving end of a 21 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Hunter Johnson as was Michael Klayer from 29 yards.  Brandon Dowers brought the scoring and the half to a close with a last second 28 yard field goal.  In the second half the Tigers slipped away scoring three touchdowns and securing their HCC championship.  The Dogs will travel to Pike high school next Friday to take on the Red Devils in the IHSAA state football sectional.  See you on the field!
