Dogs Defeat Millers

The varsity football team traveled to Noblesville on Friday and came home a winner by the score of 35-7. On the first play from scrimmage senior linebacker Connor Ludwig intercepted a Miller pass to set the offense up with a very short field. Tyler Hudson punched in his first of two touchdowns a few plays later, Hudson also scored in the second quarter making the halftime score 14-0. In the third quarter the Dogs flexed some offensive muscle and hung 21 more points on the board! Chase Dutra scored two touchdowns in the period on a short run and a 44 yard punt return, his second punt return for touchdown in two games. Freshman, Toks Akinribade, bulled his way into the end zone for a touchdown while Brandon Dowers converted all five of the PAT attempts. The defense held Noblesville to 111 total yards on the night!
