Cheer Competes at State in New Castle

The competition cheer squad competed in the IASP state competition on Saturday. In the timeout division, the team competed with great effort and enthusiasm placing 18th out of 39 teams in their first state championship appearance. Coach Shields is proud of the effort all season by the team and is looking forward to the continued development of the competition program in future years.
