Lady Golfers Compete

Last night the lady golfers stumbled a bit in their three-way match at Martinsville. Morgan Keir and Maddie Cody led the Dogs with 45's, and Darcey Brinker was right behind with a 46. Macy Stapp and Abby Cody turned in 47's, while Kyleigh Leaf did a great job representing the freshmen class with a 49. Emma Wilkins rounded things out with a 51 for a team total of 181, which was enough to beat Martinsville but not enough to overtake a Plainfield squad they'd previously defeated twice. The girls look forward to getting back on track Saturday at the Franklin Central Invitational.
