No. 6 Boys' Swimming & Diving wins 7th straight individual meet

The 6th-ranked Brownsburg Boys' Swimming & Diving team picked up their seventh consecutive win in meets against one other school with a 141-41 home victory against Ben Davis.

Junior Jake Johnson continued his strong play over the course of the season with wins in the 200 and 100 Freestyle events. He was joined as a double winner by senior Austin Kehr, who tallied wins in off-events for him in the 200 IM and 100 Breast. Colin Wheat also impressed in a win in the 50 Free.

Myles Grant is picking up steam as the Dogs near postseason play with another top score in the diving competition. 

The team announced senior captains on Tuesday night -- Myles Grant, Lee Grimes, Scott Hasselbrinck, Austin Kehr, Avarey Newman and Mithran Periassamy

Brownsburg returns to action at home on Jan. 21 with their regular season finale agianst Crawfordsville. The meet is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
