Orioles Defeat Bulldogs

The Varsity Football Team hosted the Avon Orioles last Friday in the opening round of the IHSAA sectional.  The Dogs season ended as the Orioles cruised to a 61 to 14 victory.  Vincent Lismon and Toks Akinribade scored touchdowns for the Bulldogs.  Lismon scored on a pass from Hunter Johnson and Akinribade on a 1 yard TD run.  Johnson was 13 of 31 passing on the night for 102 yards.  Kyle Strakis took the reins of the offense in the second half and was 2 of 11 for 73 yards.  The team would like to congratulate our seniors and thank them for their contributions to the program.
